Do you offer specialized cleaning services?

Yes we do, including…post-reno cleaning, move in/out cleaning, after-party clean-up, real estate showing cleaning, last minute cleaning. Even household organizing of closets and cupboards, etc..

How often would you come to clean my house?

It’s up to you. Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and one-time cleans – we do it all.

Do I need to provide specialized cleaning supplies and equipment for you?

We provide all cleaning supplies. If there is something special you would like us to use, give us the heads up.

What’s Maids & More’s approach to cleaning floors?

We do all floors by hand, using micro-fibre cloths to ensure the best clean possible.

I’ve never used a cleaning service before. Where would you even start in my house?

For first-timers we often suggest a one-time deep clean. This may take longer and cost more than the usual cleaning. But then you’ll be set for our regular scheduled cleaning.

What if I need extra cleaning services from time to time?

Maids & More aims to please! Just give us a shout and let us know in advance.

What if something comes up and I need to skip a scheduled service?

That’s no problem. Let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll reschedule. (If notice is not given we will add a $50 charge to your next clean.)
